I really enjoyed working with this fun and very cute release and it can be used for so much more than little kids layouts and cards.
Each month I surf the web for interesting folded cards designs and this month I came across this triangle folded card. Undo the bow and the two triangles fold back to reveal your greeting.
Below is a machbook card and I should have taken a pic from a different angle to show off the banner and tiger better, I used a bit of paper piecing and plenty of foam dots!
Really liked the design of my CC card so I did another!
Because I can only use what Tracey sell in store, I had to visit the shop to get some buttons for the flower centres!
And my final card made from just using up some scraps.
All the cards this month have been made 10cms by 30cms so if you purchase a kit you will be able to get 3 cards per sheet of cardstock!
Thanks from stopping by
Cheers

Amazing Chook Race
Round two of the Amazing Race at Chook Scraps has seen us land in New Zealand.
This is one place in the world I'd love to visit along with Scotland and Canada.
We had to create a layout using
Black CS base - for the All Blacks Rugby Team (have just used the white to photograph)
A bird - for the Kiwi or Moa bird
Doodling (aaahhhhhhh hate doodling!) had to take inspiration from a Maori mask.
I have used a picture taken on Mothers Day last year.................the girls far out weigh the boys in our family!
Have a great scrappy day
Cheers

It's cybercrop time!
The Artist Document CC is in full swing with some great challenges being posted.
Here is mine.
Your choice of either a card or a layout, just use the following criteria.
Bright colours
Glitter, to capture the sparkle and shine of the Easter egg wrappers.
A decorative edge.
Use on of the following quotes
"A true friendis one who thinks you are a good egg, even if you are half cracked"
or
"Families are like fudge..........mostly sweet with a few nuts" and my sample card
Why not head over and be challenged!
Cheers

Kaiser Lullaby Share
Took awhile to update my blog with these cards as I was having trouble with blogger uploading them.
I really didnt like this range.......a bit wishy washy for me - have decided I'm a brights kinda gal!
Firstly from the 'boys' side of the range
the following card is a 'spring' card, hard to photograph well but the front of the card kind of pops up like it is on a spring. Now from the 'girly' side of things! Really lovin Magnolia stamps at the moment and colouring with Distress Inks. Cant quite get my head around the Copic Markers.........lots more practise me thinks!
and this has to be my favourite from the lot!
Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a scrappy day!
Cheers

April Fools Day
Oh my, it's April already..............this year is moving way faster than the last!
Today I want to share my April challenge for the girls at Artistic with you.
I want them to create a layout using all those leftover chipboard letters, numbers and symbols and then get all messy and paint it. No other criteria.
Here is my sample
I must thank Kerryn for the tip on getting a good paint splatter using a straw, I love how the splatters have turned out.
I have some cards to share using Kaisers Lullaby range, so I'll be back soon!
Thanks for dropping by
Terri
