A Toot and a Share

I was blown away to find out that I been chosen to be the GDT over at Scrapdango for the month of August!!

Whoo hoo for me!!

Followed by, holy cow what have I got myself into. LOL!!

Just have a few LO's to do, but hopefully it will come together easily with the fabulous Spice Kit heading my way.

Below is my take on Scrapdango's July Sketch.

Had a blast playing with paint and rock candy crackle on the sun. Tried to upload a close up but blogger was not being kind to me....hehe

Dando Challenge #2

This challenge was a Bingo or Tic Tac Toe type of challenge.
You had to pick a row of criteria and produce a LO.

My row consisted of green/orange, polka dots, staples and handmade flower. I saw this fire work flower on the AMM blog. Works great with double sided pp as you curl some of the fringed paper over to form the centre. It's a crappy night time photo however.

Dango Challenge

Finished off this LO last night.

It is for a guest DT spot over at Scrapdango

The challenge was to take your winter photos and scrap them using warm colours - lots of red, orange and yellow. The challenge didn't appeal to me but Kerryn kicked me up the butt and ordered me too! Thanks Kerryn really enjoyed the challenge in the end.

ATC's

The current ATC swap being held at AD is being hosted by the lovely Noriel.

The idea is for us to create a shaped ATC.

Loved this idea and these cards came together so quickly..............thanks Noriel.

Here are my efforts.

I have run the hearts thru my cuttlebug to give them some texture and have used perfect medium and perfect pearls to colour them. Really pleased with how they have turned out. Might just have to buy some more perfect pearls in different colours!

Yet another month!

Yep I have been saying it all year and I'm still saying it!

But blimey where is the year going?

This month I have given the girls some puzzle pieces to create their LO's.

My gorgeous and ever so cheeky niece playing pirates!

It's down right cold here in Adelaide, too cold to do anything outside so lets hope I can scrap up a storm whilst lock indoors!
